A barn shouldn't have to leave a horse out of the record to save money, so professional plans are flat. Owners pay one price for every horse they own.

Questions about billing

How am I billed?

Monthly, in US dollars, by card through our payment processor, Stripe. StrideCore never sees or stores your card number.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from Plan & billing in the app. Your plan stays active to the end of the month you've paid for, and your horses' records stay yours.

What if I stop paying?

Your access ends when the period you've paid for runs out. We keep your records for one year, and everything is there if you subscribe again. Your trainer and barn manager keep their access to your horses for 90 days, so care isn't interrupted. You can ask us for a copy of your records, or to delete them, at any time.

Prices exclude any sales tax that applies where you live. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
